The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools is pleased to offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as part of our 2010 National Charter Schools Conference.

We will follow the standards of the International Association of Continuing Education and Training that award 1 CEU for every 10 contact hours.

EARNING and RECEIVING CEUs
For each 1 qualified hour of contact at the conference, you will earn .1 CEUs. For example, if you participate in 5 contact hours, you will earn .5 CEUs. You can earn a maximum of 2.0 CEUs at the conference.

Post-conference, a link will be emailed to you where you can access your CEU certificate.

A registry of the CEUs earned at the National Charter Schools Conference will be maintained at the University of Oregon.

REGISTRATION and FEES
CEUs can be purchased for a one-time $45 fee. A maximum of 2.0 CEUs can be earned during the conference.

If you have already registered for the Conference and would now like to register for CEUs, please contact registration services at 800-280-6218.

PLEASE CHECK to see that your organization or training coordinator accepts CEUs in your training or advancement program. Please note that these are NOT ACADEMIC CREDITS. CEUs are NOT accepted for degree completion programs or in degree program courses of study but are often part of professional continuing education. CEUs are widely-accepted though as proof of successful participation in a professional development activity.
