For attendees not able to use the online reservations link above, guests can make phone reservations by calling 1-888-284-3826 and mention the code NAPCS to GO Airport Express reservations agents to receive the group discount offer.
Once you have booked your reservations you will be required to provide your pre-paid confirmation number(s) to GO Airport Express agents and/or drivers as proof of your advanced reservation confirmation. Please print your confirmation information and bring this information with you to the airport terminal lower level baggage claim area where GO Airport Express shuttle services are located. GO Airport Express has staffed ticket counters at all airport terminals and they are located on the lower level inner curb loading zone in front of the taxi cabs. If you should have any questions or concerns at the airport please contact GO Airport Express directly at 1-888-284-3826 and mention that you are part of the NAPCS group.

General Instructions
ARRIVALS
- Once at lower level baggage claim look for the bright green GO Airport Express ticket counter. We are the only staffed ticket counter at ORD and MDW and our express shuttle vans are staged immediately outside of the baggage claim area on the inner curb in front of the taxis.
- Proceed with luggage to the GO Airport Express ticket counter or walk outside this area to our staged vans and present the agent or driver a Confirmation Number and Last Name contact under which the reservation was made (see confirmation). If you did not purchase an advance reservation and have a special group code you may present this code to our ticket agent at this time. *NOTE: ALL GROUPS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY TOGETHER IF BOOKED AS A GROUP RATE. NON-COMPLIANCE MAY CAUSE DELAYS AND UNNECESSARY COMPLICATIONS.
- Board the GO Airport Express shuttle van and confirm with the driver your final destination. Shuttles depart every 5-20 minutes depending on passenger volume.

DEPARTURES
- 24 hours prior to departure, please call 1-888-284-3826 (or visit www.airportexpress.com ) if you wish to confirm your round trip reservation, or to make a return reservation (if you do not have one) or if you have any questions regarding departures.
- The departure pick-up time scheduled (see confirmation) is the time the driver is scheduled to arrive for the departures pick-up. Present the driver with your Confirmation number if you booked your return in advance.
- Although major delays are rare, we allow for a pick-up window of up to 20 minutes from the pick-up time scheduled to accommodate traffic, weather and downtown traffic congestion. We work with every downtown hotel, convention group and commercial venue so it's always a good idea to check with the Hotel front desk, Concierge or door person regarding our pick-up and drop off areas at the hotel.
* GO Airport Express ticket counters are located on the baggage claim lower-level at each terminal at (ORD) O'Hare Airport: Terminal 1 (door 1E), Terminal 2 (door 2E), Terminal 3 (door 3E) and Terminal 5 (door 5D) and across from Southwest Airlines baggage claim lower-level at (MDW) Midway Airport.
